These are my two brother, Jerry, the younger to the left and Dave, the elder of the two to the right. Jerry works a fulltime job, even though he could retire, as a draftsman in Texas and Dave has tried retirement once or twice and now works a fulltime job with his wife, Gerry, at the Pennsylvania Welcome Center. We all grew up in Susquehanna and graduated from the same high school our Mom, uncle, and aunt had graduated from.

Sounds like the whole family keeps active. That's cool.

Well, look at all those old grey geezers:) Uncle Dave looks the most like Grandpa Hall. You all look like brothers, but yet definitely have different characteristics as well.

Yeah, Uncle Jerry and Dad used to sound alike, too. It was so freaky. If we cousins were in another room making too much noise and a dad spoke we just all behaved because we didn't know whose dad it really was!

Just this morning I found your blog and read all the articles.
The pictures are great. I have good memories of attending the
gathering in honor of you and Betty
on the 50th anniversary of your
wedding. I liked your article of June 1 about the CALL of God, the
genius that manifests when people
respond; otherwise those gifts are
latent and lost. And it is so very
refreshing to read of the love, respect and regard for one another your family enjoys...all too rare!
Thank you for sharing all of this.
Nancy has started a good thing!

Uncle Dave and Uncle Jerry used to call on the phone and say they were dad, and I'd have to keep them talking before I could figure out who it was! And remember how Uncle Jerry and Dad would take turns playing the piano and we'd be in the other room and try to guess who was playing.
